OK. First install winrar HERE. After that extract to desktop visual boy advance. Now you have to put a game in it. Choose one game from the left side of the page and download it.When you download it, put it in a folder and double click on "Visual Boy Advance". Then click on file>open and find the game you want.....
If you want to change the buttons click on Options>Joypad>Configure>1.... and put them as you want.....
